Crowdfunding for eHouse BAS/BMS - Smart Home | Home/Building Automation | Building Management System
We enable direct Crowdfunding opportunity for eHouse DIY BAS/BMS system, in order to finance FREE of cost open-source software development (in various programming languages).
This gives opportunity to eHouse Users of self development (for FREE) of the system software, algorithms, use-cases.
User can use our open-source templates, software, libraries, APIs, at minimal code and knowledge of programming for its own purposes etc.
Open-source Code covers Software overlays for eHouse system: native and core applications/software/firmware.
Funder will be rewarded by receiving certain amount of FREE of charge (DIY controllers and binary software). This amount depends on funded sum of money.
Funder also will have opportunity to buy certain amount of DIY controllers at lowest prices (for highest volume level for distributors).
This means, that Funder supports open-source code/software/applications development at similar price, as he/she would have to pay for buying system at standard (end-user) prices from the company.
Additionally, eHouse DIY Open-Source Software Funder will have direct impact on further open-source code development strategy/direction (in case of funding new project completely individually {VIP donations} or together with other donators).
We will NOT disclose native, core and critical source-code (for security reasons, etc.):
- eHouse Server
- Configuration Software
- cryptographic algorithms
- top-level secret authorization algorithms
- Microcontroller's Embedded Software (firmware)
- Complete eHouse Applications distributed as executive/binary (Windows, Linux, Android, Java)
We will allocate funds for eHouse open-source code developers community as a gratification and reward for development services for:
- volunteers
- freelancers
- contributors
- students internship
- critical developers, integrators, project managers, code testers
- web/internet/data-center hosting, domain, virtual server, test servers, and relevant hosting provider prices, crowdfunding and other commisions
- required hardware/software purchase necessary for development (eg. Target Device eg. Computer/SmartPhone/PAD (HW/OS), IDE, Programming Environment, Compiler, Subscriptions, Licenses)
- End-device in case of integration into the system (eg. SmartTV, Audio-Video Receiver, etc.)
How it is possible? How crowdfunding works?
- Tax regulation gives opportunity of small donation (tax free) per year from each individual private donator (up to 4.900PLN/~c.a 1.100Euro) to private person
- This means private beneficent of the donation don't pay any taxes for this, and have 100% of income for work without paying:

- Medical/Social Taxes/Fares
- Company Taxes
- VAT Tax
- other costs/regulations what company usually pays
- certification, homologation, CE, norms costs
